AGS ACE Leadership Call October 2011

A national telephone conference was held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, on the topic:

“ACE Consult Programs - How closely are they aligned with the ACE principles?”

Participants attending the call heard about the challenges of developing and sustaining an ACE consult program. The purpose of the session was to support the development and dissemination of the Acute Care for Elders model of care across North America. National experts were on hand to discuss strategies to address the obstacles.
