All sponsorship and exhibitor agreements include at least one complimentary badge for your team! All industry representatives will require a badge when on-site.

Please note there are no exhibit hall-exclusive badges. All badges grant full access to the entire conference.

  • Due to limited space, in order to ensure all sponsors and exhibitors are situated next to the companies specified in their registration forms, all booths will be assigned by the event organizers. You can find your booth location in the Floor Plan resource above. If you have any concerns about your booth location, please contact partnerships@secretariatcentral.com.

  • Unfortunately, CGS will not be able to store your materials before or after the conference. If you need options for storing your materials, please contact the venue.

  • We kindly request that you do not share your badge with anyone. Having an accurate list of attendees at the event is essential for the safety and security of this event. 

  • Yes! Sponsor representatives are welcome to attend accredited sessions, however, we ask that you do not participate in any interactive/Q&A aspects of these sessions. Any branded materials or items with your logo must be left in the exhibit hall at your booth and can not be brought into any space where accredited educational content is presented.   

  • We encourage keeping your booth staffed at all break times and any time delegates are around the conference floor between sessions. CGS is not liable for any items left unattended at your booth. 

  • You are invited to attend the free Welcome Reception for all delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors (date and location TBA)! You are welcome to purchase tickets to attend the annual Gala Dinner and Fun Run as well!
